At 3GEES Media, we’re your trusted partner for domain registration, ownership research, and back-order services. In light of recent updates to the ICANN Registration Data Policy (Addendum II), please review the following changes to how we handle and display WHOIS/RDDS information:
What’s Changing

Minimum Data Collection
• We will now collect only the data fields required by each domain registry.
• Additional contacts (Technical, Administrative, Billing) beyond the Registrant contact will no longer be gathered or shown in WHOIS/RDDS for most TLDs. -
Organization Name Display
• If your Registrant contact includes an Organization name, it will not appear in the public WHOIS/RDDS output going forward. -
Data Cleanup
• On or after August 21, 2025, we will permanently delete any extra contact details (Technical, Administrative, Billing) and the Registrant fax number from our systems—unless a registry explicitly mandates retention.
What You Need to Do
Nothing.
We’ll handle all necessary updates to ensure compliance with the new policy. Your current registrations and ongoing services (research, back-orders, renewals) will continue uninterrupted.
